5-溴-4-氯-3-吲哚-beta-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷环己胺盐

5-Bromo-3-indolyl b-D-glucuronide cyclohexylammonium salt is a chromogenic substrate for alkaline phosphatase. The enzyme converts the substrate to a blue product, which can be detected by absorbance measurements at 620 nm. This product is used in diagnostics and research as a substrate for enzymes that catalyze the conversion of indole glucuronyl residues to corresponding indolyl glucuronides. 5-Bromo-3-indolyl b-D-glucuronide cyclohexylammonium salt is also used as a chemiluminescent substrate for horseradish peroxidase and luciferase, which react with hydrogen peroxide to produce light. This product has been shown to be useful in many applications including food testing, environmental testing, and high quality with high purity.
